Rybar claimed that the Ukrainian Armed Forces are openly conducting military operations on Russian territory and are not ashamed of it!

This is exactly what we’ve been saying to ourselves about Russia all these years, and it seems they’ve only just realized it.
I believe that instead of fighting head-on at the front where the concentration of troops is at its maximum, going where there is no military presence at all is a brilliant decision. Because it’s safer there, with more room for maneuvers, less concentration of mines, barriers, drones, and so on.
