Cyber operations and drones have become just as important to strategy as traditional artillery or tanks. At the same time, this approach highlights the new power of volunteerism, where anyone with a computer and the will to change the world can be part of the resistance.
The IT ARMY of Ukraine is a prime example of how powerful tools can be created from open sources without large state structures.
