The DIA report further highlighted a critical aspect of global security dynamics: Russia has been significantly increasing its provision of space, nuclear, and missile technical know-how, specialized knowledge, and materials to North Korea, China, and Iran. This expanded sharing, offered in exchange for support for Russia's ongoing conflict in Ukraine, is projected to significantly bolster the capabilities of these three countries' programs for developing weapons of mass destruction over the next three to five years.
