This morning, Russia attempted a DDoS attack on the IT Army of Ukraine projects.
And immediately, a whole bunch of questions popped up...
Why in the morning? (before lunchtime, mind you!)
Why did they stop?
Because they needed to tick a box, so they could brag with a link or screenshot later – SHOWMANSHIP!
Just like everything in Rashka!
Let me tell you how real DDoS attacks are done – the goal is to keep the victim "down" for as long as possible, making services completely unusable. And what did they do? A quick poke and run! :)
For instance, "Activeness" was back up and running immediately after their "attack" fizzled out. And judging by the stats, this brief morning flurry won't even dent the number of blocked Russian pages today.
And when we checked the logs, things got even funnier. It's just... pathetic. The sheer incompetence!
Hopefully, they blew a ton of cash on this utterly pointless charade.
SHOWMANSHIP!
