For ten days now, RIALKOM’s internet has been running in "cut-off mode." Foreign websites, and even half of the Russian ones, just won’t load. On January 6th, they gave us hope: "Dear customers! Hooray, restrictions are lifted!"
...But the joy was short-lived. The very next day, everything crashed again. "Dear customers! The attacks have resumed. Temporary restrictions are in place for some foreign resources."
Tech support blames it all on DoS attacks. But the question is: why do hackers seem to "love" RIALKOM so much? Other providers seem to be doing fine. Maybe RIALKOM’s security is full of holes? Or is it just that their specialists are... less than stellar?
