The report also highlights the increasing integration of hacker groups into state-sponsored operations. The most active countries are Russia, Iran, and North Korea. Their attacks are becoming more sophisticated, targeting critical infrastructure and government institutions.
Now we’re just waiting for the day when Russian hackers try to call themselves "hacktivists" in court, claiming they were just following orders.
