A scammer buys or creates a Telegram channel, deleting the previous owner's posts and filling it with their own content about successful crypto trades, showing screenshots, warning it's not financial advice – making everything look good. The goal is to gain subscribers.

They buy ads for the Telegram channel. You click on the ad. Of course, only those who understand crypto click.

You see many successful trades with high returns, a lot in profit, so you subscribe – why not?

At some point, the channel owner starts promoting a new coin that has just announced a listing on an exchange, gives you many instructions on how to buy before the listing, applies moral pressure – tomorrow there will be a new listing, look...

After some time, they show how they bought it themselves and have ALREADY made 150%, and tomorrow there will be more announcements, but the price will be higher, hurry up!

In reality, they bought this coin long ago, and today nobody needs it, that's the first thing.

Secondly, in the pre-listing exchange instructions, they provided their scam address to which you will send crypto for the exchange – a smart contract they created themselves.

It's enough to simply Google the address they tell you to send funds to for the exchange, and you will see it has no relation (to the real project) and there are warnings of suspicion; see the screenshot.

When you realize you've been scammed, what will you do?

Comments on the Telegram channel are closed, crypto cannot be returned, all you can do is report the Telegram channel!

But reporting won't help much...

All that will happen is the channel will get a SCAM icon (Fraud), but they've long had an idea for this. The channel author will show you a post – an excerpt from the rules stating it's forbidden to advertise any crypto in TG except TON.

This will calm you down; at least we haven't seen unsubscribes after the SCAM tag.

You can see this example right now in real-time on the channel in the screenshots.

After the channel is blocked, the scammer will create a new one, and this will continue forever until TG changes its policy or rules – we will be scammed ETERNALLY.

(An explanation of QXO, as seen in the screenshot, will be in the next post)
