The jokes are over. The Russians have established an entire command center under Roskomnadzor to monitor our operations and try to prevent them. The only problem for them is that their defensive strategies simply don’t work. We’re always one step ahead, and their efforts to stop us only highlight our advantage.
They monitor us simply by extracting data from our utilities through IP addresses, which slightly simplifies determining the angle of attack. Should we return to the idea of hiding IPs in our utilities?
