In Ukraine, power outages are constant; having 2 hours of electricity followed by 4 hours without is a common situation

If you live in a multi-story building, it can be quite amusing to see how at night, the lights come on and in the neighboring building across the way, people forgot to turn off their light switches.

People are already asleep and then bam, light in their eyes 😆
