Russia has announced drills to disconnect from the internet.

Classic move: as soon as regions start showing signs of rebellion, instead of addressing the issues, they just cut the Wi-Fi. The logic is simple: no internet, no protests, because there’s nowhere to post memes. 😏

One has to wonder if they’ll issue offline internet kits with just two channels — “Channel One” and “Russia 24” — so no one gets confused about who’s to blame for poverty and who’s the “greatest leader of all time.”
